Scope of Works
• Phase 1 – Apex acted as PC working directly for client. This work included full soft strip of all buildings back to structural block work in preparation for demolition. Apex produced CDM, TPM and SDMP plans
• All materials were segregated into designated waste streams, including timber, plasterboard, mixed waste etc and then disposed of
• Removal of all ACMs identified within surveys provided, including extensive licensed asbestos removal
• Mechanical demolition of all buildings on site with use of 42ton and 38ton demolition excavators
• Licensed and non licensed asbestos removal as per reports provided
