Scope of Works


  • Apex assisted the client with all relevant notifications & submissions (S80/ASB5/ASB1/Road closures/Park suspensions)
  • Extensive licensed and non-licensed removal including significant AIB presence within all 8 boiler rooms. Floor tiles & bitumen removed from all 64 flats.
  • Full soft strip of all blocks, segregation of materials and removal from site via 40yd skips
  • Mechanical demolition of all RC frame blocks inclusive of all associated slabs, foundations and hardstandings
  • All demolition arisings crushed to 6f2 grade and stockpiled for reuse within construction of piling mat
  • All brick/rubble/concrete crushed to 6f2 grade and stockpiled • Supply 3D modelling to assist in sequencing of complex earthworks package
  • Reduce level dig to desired formation levels for both upper and lower level piling mats (10,000m3 of material removed from site)
  • Installation of both upper & lower piling mats
  • Supply and installation of 60LM of sheet piling & access road installation
  • Piling attendance throughout CFA piling operation
