Scope of Works
• All preliminaries to execute the works in accordance with NFDC guidelines
• Licensed & non licensed asbestos removal as per R&D surveys provided
• Full soft strip, segregation of materials into designated waste streams and disposal to an appropriate waste facility
• Scaffold erection to x3 wings for maximum protection to roads & adjoining listed building
• Top down demolition of wings with x3 brokk 180s
• Mechanical demolition of concrete frame, 4 storey office block with DX420 & CAT 330 excavators
• Breaking up of concrete slab and grubbing out foundations to a depth of 2m
• Reduce level dig including removal of soil contamination
• Installation of 6f2 piling mat
