Scope of Works
• Removal of all licensed & non licensed ACMs identified in R&D survey
• Full soft strip of all buildings, segregation into designated waste streams and removal to an appropiate waste disposal facility
• Mechanical demolition of multiple 1,2,3 and 4 storey buildings using DX380 & DX420 excavators with muncher, shear and selector grab attachments
• Breaking up of all slabs and hardstandings as well as grubbing up foundations
• Crushing on site to 6f2 grade for reuse
• Night shifts were completed in order to mitigate disruption to neighbouring properties
• Extensive asbestos soils remediation
