• Hoarding on kentledge blocks to full site perimeter
• Licensed & non-licensed asbestos removal
• Full scaffold & monarflex encapsulation
• Partial hand top down demolition around banksy murals prior to removal
• Removal of x2 banksy murals using a 500T crane • High reach demolition excavators systematically demolished the remainder of the building
• Removal of a 10m basement and sheet piling
• Highways retention via temporary propping
• Reduce level dig to formation level of piling mat
• Installation of piling mat using 6f2 & type 3 material
