Scope of Works
• Mobilisation and site set upExtensive licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal to all buildings
• Scaffold, monarflex and fans installed to gable ends due to close proximity to neighbouring properties
• Full soft strip, segregation of materials and removal from site • Partial top down hand demolition to gable ends to ensure maximum safety
• Once ends reduced in height, high reach demolition commenced with DX420 excavator with DX380, CAT 330 and CAT 320 following
• All 3 residential blocks were demolished including all associated slabs
• All foundations and hardstandings were broken out
• All demolition arisings were removed from site through our own fleet of 8w tippers
• The site was tracked across to leave neat and tidy
