Scope of Works
• Full demolition of all buildings associated slabs foundations and harstandings
• All demolition arisings crushed to 6f2 grade
• Circa 7000m3 reduce level dig which includes excavation of upper and lower piling mats, carpark, access road, externals and attenuation tanks
• Installation of upper and lower piling mats with site won crushed material
• Installation of access road
• Installation of sheet piling between upper and lower piling mat interface
• 5 week piling attendance
