Scope of Works
• Apex assissted client with discharging planning conditions by producing CDM plan & TMP as well as dust, noise & vibration risk assessment and mitigation measures
• Scaffold & monarflex design to road facing elevations to mitigate risk to the public
• Extensive licensed & non-licensed asbestos removal
• Full soft strip to all floors including basement
• All buildings were demolishing with DX420 & CAT330 demolition excavators
• Asbestos was present on the underside of the slab and underlying soils – these contaminated soils were remediated in house swiftly to prevent prolongation of programme
• All external hardstandings were broken out
• All clean demolition arisings were crushed to 6f2 for reuse
• Once buildings had been demolished, the reduce dig to formation level of piling mat commenced
• All formation level treatment works were carried out • Installation of 6f2 piling mat with terram & tensar Tx160 geogrid
