3D Modelling for Project Sequencing & Value Engineering For Clients

We are often engaged by our clients in the early stages of project planning and budgeting to devise the most cost effective earthworks solutions. Whether this be the segregation of sites to declassify waste removal criteria or balancing cut & fill volumes to minimise on disposal volumes and costs, Apex can tailor and implement complex earthworks strategies bespoke to the client’s requirements.

Recent earthworks packages have seen us save clients up to £500,000.00 through Apex’s provision of extensive value engineering. A prime example of this would be negating the need for 300 linear metres of sheet piling through the use of stepped earthwork batters to mitigate level differences.

By having involvement in the early stages of project planning, we are able to ensure the smooth and continuous productivity across the site for all interfaced trades, for example piling contractors and groundworkers.
