Apex Demolition secure demolition contract in Chesterford Research Park. This 10 week project involves the partial demolition of Building 60, cut and carve, strip back to frame, cutting out floor slabs and removing the roof.

We are pleased to be issued the full order for the demolition of the former Police Station on Bridge Street, Peterborough. We are working on behalf of Barnes Construction and demolition works will commence March 2019. We’re on board straight away assisting with pre-commencement conditions discharge.

Apex Demolition secure enabling works contract on the Princes Food Factory in Long Sutton. Phased demolition over the next several months.

Apex Demolition are proud to announce our most recent acquisition; this multi storey office block demolition in the heart of Oxford’s city centre. Listed buildings in close proxitity as well as a pub remaining live throughout our works add to the complexity of this project.

More earthworks success for Apex Contracting. We’re pleased to be carrying out a large scale earthworks project for a regular client in Sittingbourne. This is our 3rd project for this client in the past 4 months with total contract values exceeding £1m on earthworks and demolition.

Apex Contracting are pleased to announce a new project award with SAC Construction from Corby for a demolition and remediation project in Chatteris. One of many we are looking to work alongside them on.

Apex Demolition are appointed to carry out the demolition works on the prestigious St Regis House site in the heart of Cambridge. Our works comprise asbestos removal, full demolition including slab and grubbing up foundations. During WW2, St Regis House was East Anglia’s headquarters so this project has drawn a lot of attention from the public. Apex Demolition are proud to be working alongside Clare College as well as the appointed main contractor to make way for new student accommodation.

We are proud to announce we will be working alongside Kier on the Northstowe Development in Cambridgeshire. Our works comprise 30,000m2 of excavation, supply and preparation for temporary roads, haul roads, compounds and piling mats.

After a successful pre start meeting with the client, Apex Demolition are pleased to have secured this large scale demolition, asbestos removal and remediation contract in Kettering.

Apex Demolition secure this prestigious project and will be working on behalf of Hill Partnerships. Works include asbestos removal, full mechanical demolition and remediation of contaminated soils.

Apex secure major demolition project along Horton Road for PDR Construction. Works include extensive asbestos removal, structural demolition of multiple buildings and asbestos soils remediation.

Apex Demolition have been appointed to carry out demolition works on Newmarket Road, Cambridge.

Apex Demolition are proud to announce that we have been nominated at the World Demolition Summit 2017 in the ‘Contract of the Year Under $1m’ category for our demolition project at Alltech in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

The awards are early November in London, with 3 other contestants in our category. We look forward to attending the event which is set to be an incredible night, and hopefully another pivotal point in the expansion of the Apex Group.

An extension to our £500,000 group project at Alltech in Stamford – we have returned to demolish an additional building for this valued client. We mobilised in 48 hours for this project. A safe demolition is a happy demolition.
