Before the demolition process can commence, Apex provide comprehensive RAMS, detailed project sequencing and 3D methodology to ensure any risks to adjoining properties, roads and the public are mitigated.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Apex are experienced in all sectors of the demolition industry, varying from top down and high reach demolitions to internal strip outs and complex façade retention systems. Apex are often involved in the design, supply and installation of temporary works throughout the demolition and construction process. Apex own an extensive fleet of demolition excavators ranging from 8t to 70t machines, armed with the most advanced demolition attachments in the industry. Our extensive fleet of machinery and industry leading project teams allow us to undertake some of the country’s most complex and sensitive demolition projects.
Apex will also assess, estimate and identify the feasibility of recycling materials to ensure maximum recyclability throughout the project. A prime example of this is the crushing of all demolition arisings to 6f2 or type 1 specification to allow re-use by our clients further down the line. Not only does this provide maximum cost savings to our clients, it also improves the project’s environmental footprint.
